Into the Evergreen Dinner Pop-Up

In February, Chef Sopheana Duch and Spoke Events collaborated for a dinner event that would bring guests out of Detroit's harsh winter and ready them for the spring that was around the corner.

We welcomed nearly 40 diners 'Into the Evergreen' at the Great Lakes Coffee in Midtown, Detroit. 

Duch's menu consisted of six courses: charcuterie, a smoky mushroom congee, trio of citrus sorbet, a pork belly shepherd's pie on squash with broccoli rabe, a radish salad and the most delicious poached pear pavlova you've ever had.
